EFF leader Julius Malema did not deny nor admit that Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has been barred from partaking in the upcoming elective conference.

Julius Malema will not be drawn into commenting on news that Mbuyiseni Ndlozi was barred from the EFF's elective conference, saying it was shebeen gossip.

Julius Malema refutes claims that EFF member Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has been barred from the upcoming National People’s Assembly, labelling the rumours as mere gossip.

EFF leader Julius Malema told supporters outside the Constitutional Court on Tuesday that Mbuyiseni Ndlozi remained a member of the red berets.

Julius Malema has described 2024 as ‘a painful year’ for the EFF, reflecting on the party’s struggles, including a mass exodus of members and significant electoral losses. He is, however, optimistic ahead of the party’s elective conference in December.

Last week, reports emerged that Ndlozi was allegedly prohibited from attending the party’s National People’s Assembly (NPA) in December, but Malema says it’s all just ‘toilet discussion’.
