New Orleans Pelicans guard Dejounte Murray is expected to return from injury against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday ( 8 ET, League Pass ), coach Willie Green confirmed on Tuesday. Murray is listed as probable on the Pelicans’ latest injury report.

"If you're not embarrassed and really mad about this, that's a problem," Dejounte Murray said after the Pelicans' 119-93 loss to the struggling Raptors on Wednesday night extended their losing streak to six games.

The Pelicans (4-15) are 2-12 in November with one game remaining this month. They get Thanksgiving off and then face the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday.

The New Orleans Pelicans front office prioritized it in the offseason. After acquiring former All-Star Dejounte Murray last summer, New Orleans hoped to shift its identity by adding a point guard who understood the nuances of being a true floor general.
